At dawn the light streaks through the curtains, breaking over rooftops and walls of concrete. Sometimes it's harder to see in a city, where the makings of man seems to topple over and subjugate the makings of God. But the God-made is always stronger, always breaking through.
And even here, sometimes especially here, the dawn of a new day is beautiful, even breathtaking.
I like the "sometimes especially here" line. I agree! Fall is absolutely beautiful in the Sailing City, and I'm looking forward to this full week of sunshine.
